PA Maths EYFS: Small Focus Groups for support staff
Cost: £145 (half price for PA Maths members)
This is a practical session that looks at the different mathematic strands. We will examine how adults can effectively scaffold learning in small groups.
This is a fun practical session which explores key elements of engagement of children and explicit modelling of skills by adults. We explore the progression of learning in both ‘Number’ and ‘Shape, Space and Measures’. This course also introduces the PA Maths Programme and explores the principles which underpin its effective use in the Early Years. Key concepts are explored and, through active participation, are practised.
