This package offers Recently Qualified Teachers (2-5 years post qualification) access to a comprehensive and tailored programme of training and support beyond the first year of teaching and allows a personalised approach through the use of action research. The programme takes place in six days over the school year. Each of the six taught sessions focusses on one aspect of practice grounded in evidence based practice and is followed by me for structured self-led study or an opportunity share, observe and analyse each others practice within their own schools (Triads).
